Lactoferrin Forte

Lactoferrin is a protein naturally occurring in cow and human milk, as well as in the body's mucous membranes. 

The concentration of lactoferrin in milk colostrum is seven times higher after the birth of the child than in the later stages of lactation. 

One of the main functions of lactoferrin is to bind and transport iron in the body. It also contributes to the nutritional value of milk.
