L-tryptophan / 200 mg

Ingredients:  L-glycine, L-tryptophan.

Recommended intake: Adults, once a day, 30 minutes before a meal. 1 larger scoop of powder (3.2 g) should be dissolved in 200 ml of water or other drink.

Store in a dry place, out of direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, out of reach of small children.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use in case of allergy to any of the ingredients of the preparation. It is not recommended for use by children under 18 years of age, pregnant or lactating women and people taking medications or supplements that affect the central nervous system.
