Icelandic Lýsi Cod Liver Oil 500 mg (120 capsules)  is a product made from cod and cod-like fish from the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Iceland. Convenient packaging allows you to continue supplementing with cod liver oil, for example, while on vacation or on a business trip. The capsules contain fresh cod liver oil, minimizing the fishy aftertaste.

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)  contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and brain function (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA).

Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)  and  docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)  contribute to the normal function of the heart (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).  Vitamins A and D  contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredients:  Cod liver oil (fish), gelatin, humectant (glycerol), water, vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

Recommended daily dose:  2 capsules from 4 to 12 years of age, 4 capsules from 12 years of age

Each capsule contains 500 mg of Atlantic cod liver oil.
