How to use: Take 1 capsule once a day with a meal.

Recommended daily dose: The recommended daily dose (1 capsule) contains:
Milk thistle fruit extract - 100 mg,
including: 80% silymarin - 80 mg;
Artichoke leaf extract - 230 mg,
including: 5% cynarin - 11.5 mg

Ingredients: Artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolymus L. contains 5% cynarin), milk thistle fruit extract (Silybum marianum L. contains 80% silymarin), pullulan (capsule shell).

Storage: Protect from light, store at room temperature, in a dry place out of the reach of small children.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily portion for consumption during the day. The product should not be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women without medical consultation. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
