How to use: Take 2 capsules once a day with a meal.

Recommended daily dose: The recommended daily dose (2 capsules) contains (reference intake %):
Vitamin C - 460 mg (575%);
Japanese pearl beetle extract - 306 mg,
including: quercetin - 300 mg;
Zinc – 15 mg (150%).

Ingredients: Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Japanese pearl beetle extract (Styphnolobium japonicum L. Schott), pullulan (capsule shell), zinc (zinc citrate).

Storage: Protect from light, store at room temperature, in a dry place out of the reach of small children.
