How to use: Take 1 capsule once a day with a meal.

Recommended daily dose: The recommended daily dose (1 capsule) contains (reference intake value%):
Carrot root extract - 24 mg, including:
- beta-carotene - 4.8 mg,
- vitamin A (RE) - 800 µg (100%)
Extract from marigold flowers - 100 mg,
including: 20 mg of lutein and 2 mg of zeaxanthin.
Blueberry fruit extract - 100 mg,
including 25 mg of anthocyanidins.

RE – retinol equivalent

Ingredients: Marigold flower extract (Tagetes erecta L.), blueberry fruit extract (Vaccinium myrtillus L.), pullulan (capsule shell), carrot root extract (Daucus carota L.)

Storage: Protect from light, store at room temperature, in a dry place out of the reach of small children.
