How to use: Take 2 capsules on an empty stomach one hour before or two hours after a meal three times a day for 7 days or 14 days depending on your needs. Recommended daily dose: 6 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
