Ingredients:  Milk thistle seed extract (Silybum marianum) DER 20:1 standardized to 80% silymarin, inulin, L-leucine, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (color: carrot concentrate). 

Recommended serving:  1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Directions:  Take 1 capsule with water. Take once daily. Not for use by children, pregnant or lactating women. The capsule color is obtained from the presence of a natural dye derived from carrot concentrate.
