What is sulforaphane?

Sulforaphane  is a sulfur organic compound belonging to the isothiocyanates. Its natural source is all types of cruciferous vegetables - cabbage, Brussels sprouts, kale and cauliflower. However, it is most abundant in broccoli, where it is considered a particularly valuable health ingredient.

Each tablet contains 100 mg of  BroccoPhane® powder , which means that it provides as much as 400 µg of sulforaphane in a natural complex with other valuable ingredients found in broccoli sprouts.
